The local history of ice hockey
Ice hockey has a long tradition in this suprisingly small region. In spite of the area of only 10 056 sq km and the population of only 630 063 citizens, many great ice hockey players have been grown up here, counting the world champions, Olympic winners, NHL players and Stanley Cup winners.
